EXAM INFORMATION The exam is available online during an exam window beginning at 4:15 pm the day of the seminar and ending at 11:59 pm CST on Thursday of the week following the seminar. \n Cancellation: \nNo refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Any changes made once class is scheduled will incur a $10 processing fee. Changes made within 30 business days of the class will incur a $45 processing fee.
